Don Chilton started this business in 2002 doing what he loved — making homes better for the people who live in them.
Today his son Simeon runs it alongside him, and that father-son work ethic shapes every job they take.

Don Chilton starts Chilton's Home Services in Flower Mound, doing what he loved — making homes better for the people who live in them.
The early years
Windows, driveways, and word of mouth
Window cleaning and pressure washing brought neighbors in the door. To this day they're still two of the three services we're asked for most, alongside painting.
